But you figure, why not try and help it in the way you would help each other. You take some straight branches and rip pieces of cloth to splint the leg. The hound seems a bit frightened and concerned, jerking its leg back a few times, but finally lets you finish the procedure. You hope that somehow the leg can eventually heal now.
