The scouts you sent return with information. Those sent to the south tell you they came out at the top of a cliff and got a glimpse of the Salt Tower some way off to the southeast. Unfortunately, the cliff face is unscalable, and you will have to go around. To the east, the scouts report a large marshy area, but it looks traversable.
